Will Mattox, the founder and owner, has spent many winters in Mexico and has vacationed there for over 25 years. Will is a long-time real estate investor, developer, and builder with years of experience in Oregon where he and his wife have lived for almost 40 years. Will is currently involved in many major development projects in the North West and also works as a real estate investment coach with 100's of clients across North America.

Select Mexico Property was developed by Will in response to the need for high-quality marketing that you could trust for Mexican properties. Not just an MLS with unfiltered listings posted by just anybody. Instead we offer a complete system that you can trust and we make purchase safe and easy. We have assembled a team to support the interested buyer with every aspect of purchase from identifying the "right" property to completing the transaction with clear title in your name. In many cases we also offer all the tools necessary to complete construction of your dream home ready for you to move in and enjoy.
