After you complete the perfect designs and are ready to start construction we have a team to help you there as well. Our professional contractors work with local skilled artisans building in the traditional Mexican styles or in the most up to date North American styles and materials to complete your project.
We also have a variety of Green Building materials utilizing the latest solar energy, water reclamation, and alternative building materials to conserve energy and save money. Please ask about the full range of green products available.
By taking advantage of our local partnerships you can be assured that you are not being taken advantage of financially. We will get you multiple bids on all work and with our large scale buying and local supplier contacts we are able to build for less than the competition. These savings are passed on to you (see building for profit below).
Typical home construction time takes about 4-6 weeks for the plans, engineering and permits and then 4-6 months for the complete building of your project including the finishes, tile, appliances and landscaping. We have it all… Or, you can use your own favorite builders to build that home of your future.
One of the biggest benefits of building in Mexico is the built in profitability in construction. Typically your completed value is much higher than the total money spent. Construction costs can range from basic $70/sq ft to over $150/sq ft for first rate designs. The primary difference in costs comes from the finishes and appliances. Everything is available that you might find in the United States from travertine and granite to SubZero refrigerators but your costs for the imported items may be more.
