One of the largest misconceptions is that Mexico’s medical services may not be on par with services in some other areas, but San Pancho boasts the only regional hospital with full emergency services. Many small towns in Mexico also have clinics with very good onsite services for most needs. Puerto Vallarta has major hospitals and there is an internationally known hospital in Guadalajara a few hours away.
